- UAE‑wide delivery
- Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (GST) are dispatched the same or next working day.
- ETA: Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman 1–2 working days; other Emirates 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Fees: Free UAE delivery on all orders.
Returns
- 14‑day returns for unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Non‑returnable once opened: fragrance oils, refills, aerosols, samples; items marked Final Sale.
- Damaged/defective/wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

- Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
