The aroma of your shop plays a vital role in shaping customer perceptions and experiences. A pleasant and enticing scent creates a welcoming atmosphere that entices customers to explore further and stay longer. It forms a strong emotional bond with your visitors, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging repeat visits.

Which diffuser fits a mall or retail floor?

Retail scenting is sized by volume, and by whether the building has an HVAC system you can connect to.

  • A single shop unit (400–800 m³): S30 Nano, AED 450.
  • A retail floor (up to 5,000 m³, about 1,667 m²): S200, AED 1,680, HVAC-compatible.
  • A mall, building-wide (up to 3,000 m²): S300, AED 1,890, HVAC scent diffuser for building-wide distribution.

Where the unit is also a brand touchpoint, the L100 Ad at AED 945 carries a customizable front panel for your own artwork.

Frequently asked questions

How is scenting installed across a whole mall?

Through the building's existing ductwork. The S300 at AED 1,890 is an HVAC scent diffuser built for building-wide distribution of up to 3,000 m², so one unit on the air-handling side scents the common areas rather than a diffuser in every corridor. Individual shop units inside the mall stay independent, each with its own S30 Nano or similar.

Can the diffuser carry our own branding?

Yes. The L100 Ad at AED 945 has a customizable printed front panel, so the unit itself carries your artwork — useful where it stands in a shopfront or at an entrance rather than out of sight. Its coverage is 300–500 m³, the same as the L100 Luxury.

Can different zones run different scents?

Yes, because each unit holds one oil. A mall can run one signature scent through the HVAC in the common areas and let individual tenants run their own oil from the fragrance oil range in their own unit. Mixing two scents in one airspace is the thing to avoid, so zones that share open air should share an oil.
