These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and interactions carried out through scentworld.ae.

Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on scentworld.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product images, packaging, and colours are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.
We also reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and offer either a refund or, where appropriate, a suitable alternative.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incomplete payment.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE
- Bank transfer for selected corporate or bulk orders

Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across the UAE. Free shipping is available on orders of AED 100 or more within the UAE.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are generally dispatched on the same or next working day.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: 1 to 2 working days
- Other Emirates: 2 to 3 working days
International shipping may be available for selected products. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that proof of purchase is supplied.
The following items are non-returnable once opened:
- Fragrance oils
- Refills
- Aerosols
- Samples
- Any items marked as Final Sale
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. No restocking fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Product Warranty
Scent World diffuser machines and other electronic products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms of the applicable warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
